Next weekend, between the 26th and 28th of May the town of Falmouth will be enjoying its first-ever food festival in the lower section of the Church Street Car park.
If you're a Nub News reader you may have seen an interview I did back in March with Harry Mills who has organised the festival with his friend Barney Farnworth. You can read all about it here: The story behind Falmouth's first ever Food Festival.
Earlier this month Nub News also shared the First batch of vendors and musicians announced for the festival which included the full lineup for Friday.
Now Harry and Barney have shared even more flavours and acts alongside a full Saturday lineup, let's take a look.
Bien Manger Cornwall
Set up by chef Vincent who was born in France and now based in Penryn, Bien Manger offers rustic-style street food made with locally sourced Cornish produce. Expect a selection of Croques, French toast, and Moules frites in Bien Manger's pop-up French Bistro.

Another Penryn-based team is coming to the festival, Love Day Distilling who create Award-winning modern spirits created by chefs and distilled with fresh & foraged ingredients. They have two decades of culinary & design experience and will be bringing a whole host of flavours.
There will also be gin talks held by the team over the weekend.

The restaurant based in Falmouth that serves up some of the best Cornish produce will also be joining the festival. The organisers say they will be providing classics from their incredible menu, plus barbecuing freshly caught fish.

Gwella Dairy
Situated right at the bottom of Cornwall in the depths of the Lizard Peninsula, Gwella Dairy is part of Tregevis farm which is a family run business and has been since 1958. They will be bringing their luxury ice cream which is made in handmade small batches using the cream from their pedigree Jersey cow's milk.

On top of new vendors added to the festival, Falmouth Food Festival has also confirmed two more acts that will be performing over the weekend.
The Might Howlers- Hard-hitting no-nonsense approach to Chicago Blues which you will not be able to resist. Their tough, high-energy, performances have proved to be very popular with both the dance crowd and the blues purists. Those members of the audience who would not have considered themselves devotees of Blues Music at the start of the evening, tend to be wholly converted by the time The Mighty Howlers have completed their roaring sets.
They will be closing act on Friday evening.

Penny Eyes Band
The Newquay-based band will be making their way down to Falmouth with some indie Kernow rock.
