Cornwall Council has submitted a pre-application request for planning advice for two flats on its own land.

The Council is looking for advice for the build of two 2-bedroom flats with allocated parking on the Land at Snow's Passage (land adjacent to 16 Fish Strand) Smithick Hill, Falmouth.

On the form, the Council said: "We are trying to establish the principle of whether three plots, 2 2 bedroom flats with allocated parking space for each. And an end-of-terrace 1 or 2-bedroom dwelling at the end of Fish Strand Hill can be developed and would be acceptable on the site and meets the current Planning Policy."
