A small market consisting of antiques, Vintage and Retro items & clothing.

Traders are ready to sell by around 9:15/9:30am and are there until 4:30pm.

Thursday 19th May: Shallow shores, Deep Sea - an exhibition of paintings by Victoria Gillow

A new solo exhibition by Falmouth artist Victoria Gillow is on show at The Falmouth Poly from Tuesday May 17th - Saturday May 21st - 10am until 5pm daily.

The work is about a life lived by the sea and a deeply personal response to place- from shallow coves and river beaches to the wide expansive ocean and deep seas.

A great deal of the work is painted on site and captures the weather and energy of our coast. Small and large originals are available. Pop in if you can.

Friday 20th May: Will Keating & John Dowling live at Castle Beach

Will Keating & John Dowling head to Will's local beach, Castle Beach Falmouth! Cornish Folk and Sea Shanty songs, with Cornish crab sandwiches, pasties and ice creams available from the café.

King Charles church is hosting a second hand book sale to raise money for development charity Christian Aid. There are hundreds of titles available of all genres. Open Tuesday-Sunday; pop in to grab a bargain!

Saturday 21st May: World Meditation Day at Castle Beach Cafe

This Saturday 21st May, Kellie will be at Castle Beach Cafe from 8am to offer advice, guidance, and support on meditative practice.

If you've heard of the many benefits of meditation but are not sure where or how to start, come along at 8am and Kellie will guide you through some easy techniques to give you confidence in your practice.

If you are already a confident meditator, come and offer your support too or join in a group meditation at 9am!

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate – it's up to you! Join our Facebook group to keep up with all our news and photos.
