Jessica Stunell, of Woodlane, Falmouth, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.

Stunell appeared in Truro Magistrates Court this morning.

She has been remanded in custody and will appear at Truro Crown Court on the 6th December.

The 46-year-old has been charged in connection with an alleged assault on two people at a property in Falmouth.

She is further charged with possession of a knife in a public place.

Police were called at around 11.45pm on Saturday 23rd November and located a man and woman with serious knife wounds at an address in Windsor Court.

The pair, both aged in their 40s, were taken to hospital, where they remain at this time. Both are said to be in a stable condition.
