Falmouth Town Council has shared two job roles that are available and are encouraging residents to apply and join the team.

The first role the council is advertising is an Environmental Education Enforcement Officer, the council has provided a description of the role and what experience the ideal candidate would have:
This is a permanent job, working with a diverse range of people across Falmouth, including community groups, residents, visitors, councillors, organisations, and businesses. The job will involve evening and weekend work and require call-out.
Duties will include delivery of the Council's environmental and enforcement services in an innovative and constructive way to tackle common environmental issues. These include dog fouling, littering, fly-tipping, and beach and shoreline issues.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of dealing with people in a positive and educative way, as well as practical experience of confrontational situations.

The second role the council is advertising is a Bar & Cafe Supervisor at the Princess Pavilion, the council has provided a description of the role and what experience the ideal candidate would have:
This is a permanent job, based in our Garden Room café and bar at Princess Pavilion, Falmouth, an important and popular community asset for our residents and visitors. The job will involve evening and weekend work and require call out.
Duties will include supervision of bar and café staff to provide a great customer experience as well as supporting community bookings and events at the Garden Room.
You'll need to have experience of working in a busy bar and café setting dealing with a range of beers, wine, and spirits as well as non-alcoholic drinks and food orders. Some supervisory experience would be ideal.
