The Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival is back for its 20th year and takes place between Friday the 16th and Sunday the 18th of June.
The festival was formed back in 2003, with the aim of keeping the traditions and history of the sea alive. The town of Falmouth brings together shanty groups from the UK, Brittany, Holland, Spain, Canada, and Ireland to celebrate in style.
Organisers for the festival have now released the huge programme filled with shanty groups across serval stages around town.
Although the groups have all been confirmed there still may be updates and changes made so be sure to check again closer to the event so you won't miss any of your favourite acts.
You can find the full programme here: Shanty Running Order.indd (falmouthseashanty.co.uk)
The festival's official charity is the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), and all profits made will be donated to the RNLI in Cornwall.
They are still looking for volunteers to help out at the event, those who give up some of their time will be rewarded with a pasty and refreshments: How to volunteer at the Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival
