When we first visited Restaurant MINE they had just moved into their premises, soon to open to the Falmouth public, unsure of what the future held.

In the days and weeks that followed, they became one of the most exciting new places in our town, consistently changing up their menu and receiving many rave reviews from diners.

Before coronavirus struck everyone's plans to a halt, Restaurant MINE was riding a steady wave of excellence.

Not to be defeated, Restaurant MINE have changed up their initial plan in the face of adversary and turned their casual fine-dining establishment into a community kitchen.

They continue to offer an ever-changing compelling menu which will be delivered to your doorstep, with the option to pay one forward for an NHS worker or someone vulnerable.

We at Falmouth Nub News have loved collaborating with Restaurant MINE since their opening, and we are excited to announce the winner of our competition tomorrow.
