The Cornish Barista has announced it will be back doing its usual Falmouth route this weekend, delivering their celebrated menu all Sunday.

Frozen pasties, cake boxes and sausage rolls are all on the menu, as well as much more, available for order here.

Ashley from The Cornish Barista told Nub News:

"Business, like for all small businesses, has been really tough over the last few weeks but having heard the news of lockdown we knew the option of serving from our van at occasions and events was just not going to be possible for quite some time, the option was to sit at home and run the risk of the business going under or diversify, of which we clearly did the latter.

"Our cakes have always proved popular and thus this seems the appropriate route to use to continue the business!

"I can only say I have been completely thrilled to be able to share my love of baking, along with all the other treats too of course, and humbled at the response we have received being able to share the love between so many families.

"At all times, but even more so with the current goings-on, we pride ourselves on providing the most friendly and professional service, so you'll be able to speak with a real person through the page to place your order and discuss your requirements.

"We don't use automated sales tools, ever! Once we confirmed your order and your delivery address we send you an online link so that you are able to securely pay by card, we then delivered as agreed."

The Cornish Barista is holding a giveaway which urges people to nominate a 'local hero' in their community. The lucky five winners will receive a package full of pasties, cake and fudge!

"For Falmouth, this would be Sundays, we need orders in by 19:00 the night before," Ashley continued.

"One of our small and friendly team will then deliver the treats to your doors step, knock, and stand back a few meters to make sure you receive, if you don't answer we will leave them on the doorstep and drop you a message to tell you they are there.

"It's been an absolute joy to be able to share my love of baking, our treats and a friendly smile with so many people during the lockdown, we obviously really hope everyone is able to stay safe at this time."
