Kitchen Porter/Assistant - The Shack Seafood Restaurant 

The Shack is a well-established rustic seafood restaurant on Discovery Quay. The job of kitchen porter/assistant will involve working efficiently and maintaining a clean working environment at all times. You will ensure all crockery and cookware are thoroughly cleaned, as well as assisting the chefs with food preparation & dessert making. You will also be responsible for the final clean down of the kitchen porter section and the kitchen floor at the end of the evening shift.
