Here is how the charity says the workshop can benefit you by making things together: "Improves social anxiety and develops positive relationships, bolsters mood, improves self-confidence and reduces stress overall. In addition, crafting has also been shown to improve mental agility, improve both gross and fine motor movements, and decrease cognitive decline."

The workshop will run on Thursday the 1st of December 2022, from 18:00 pm – 21:00 pm at The Arc, Waterside Court Falmouth Road Penryn.

On the 10th of December, the charity will also be running a kid's Christmas workshop from 10 am – 13.00 pm with Christmas crafts, and festive fun.
