Cornwall at 27/06/2019 06:30Our Critical Control Centre has been busy overnight.

During the early evening a crew from Newquay Fire Station attended a possible car fire near Summercourt, luckily the crew were quickly able to identify the car was just over heating and gave the driver advice.

Crews from Helston, Falmouth and Bodmin were mobilized to assist our colleagues from the Ambulance service gain entry into properties in their respective towns.

A crew from Falmouth Fire Station were also mobilized to the Stithians area after a report of smoke seen. This was found to be a bonfire, please remember to notify our Critical Control Centre if you're having a bonfire or controlled burn.
