Earlier this month we shared the first two nights of musical acts confirmed for Falmouth Week, one of the major events in the Falmouth calendar.
This year it takes place between Friday 4th - Sunday 13th of August. The origins of the event started as a local sailing regatta dating back at least as far as 1837.
To this day the sailing traditions continue with racing starting on the first Sunday in 'Falmouth Week' and finishing on the following Saturday.
In the previous announcement, which you can read about in the link above, acts were confirmed for Monday and Tuesday but now tickets are on sale for two more nights.
All performances will take place at The Waterfront Church Street Car Park.
On the 10th of August, The Beat has been confirmed as the main act for the Ska night, with support from Rudi's Message. The Beat is a legendary band from Birmingham, their music fuses Latin, ska, pop, soul, reggae, and punk rock.

Organisers have also announced two acts on Saturday (12th August) for the 80s-00s extravaganza night. The first act confirmed is Lemar, he initially rose to fame after finishing third on the first series of the British talent show Fame Academy, he's a singer-songwriter with a focus on soul and R&B.
The second act confirmed is Betty Boo, a singer-songwriter, and rapper who will be bringing her high-energy performance in her dance-pop, hip-hop style. Many may remember Betty coming into the mainstream after a collaboration with the Beatmasters on the song "Hey DJ/I Can't Dance (To That Music You're Playing).
