Falmouth: Cornwall Film Festival begins with a host of events lined up at Princess Pavilion

Cornwall Film Festival has got underway at Princess Pavilion Falmouth this week with a host of events and screenings lined up.

Tuesday evening (16th) sees the first of around 10 main screenings, with the showing of Lamb.

7pm-8:45pm, Princess Pavilion

A dark, atmospheric folktale that tests the limits of human nature.

Wednesday evening (17th) is the showing of the new Princess Diana film Spencer.

When Princess Diana leaves the royal family, her life changes forever.

Thursday is the showing of Card Counter with Oscar Issac.

5:50pm-7:40pm, Princess Pavilion

A character study of a tortured man haunted by the past.

Friday is the showing of Petite Maman.

8:00pm-9:15pm, Princess Pavilion

A moving jewel of a film about memory, friendship, and kin. Featuring an introduction by The Cinematologists and a post-screening conversation.

Saturday (20th) is the showing of Titane.

Following a series of unexplained crimes, a father is reunited with the son who has been missing for 10 years.

Ali and Ava will be screening on Saturday (20th).
