Come and join us for our first collaborative charity quiz night!

Ghanaian Book Connection, SU Flicka Volunteering Project and FXU Amnesty International have joined forces to bring you the best quiz night of refreshers!

With rounds from all three societies, come and test your general knowledge, with all proceeds being split between the three groups to support our three incredible projects.

Only £2 per person, at 6.30 p.m., in the upstairs of Palacio Lounge, Falmouth. Teams of up to six people and prizes on offer.

Free Rock Pooling Event - Film shoot with SSE Cornwall at Castle Beach Cafe

A rock pooling adventure and chance to appear on film!

We are being filmed by the Cornwall School for Social Entrepreneurs, and they would like to include footage of one of our activities. So we are opening this opportunity for a free rock pooling session for up to 8 people. It's a great tide and our favourite location, so we can expect to find lots of great marine wildlife.

The film is going to be used by SSE Cornwall to promote the work it does with budding and existing social entrepreneurs and in particular used to recruit people onto the FREE SSE Cornwall Springboard programme we're running in the Falmouth, Penryn & Truro areas.

Participants must agree to allow SSE to film them during the visit and to use this footage for the purposes above. Simple consent forms will be provided at the event.
