The driver was reported and had their vehicle seized with another appearance expected in court.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team commented:

"A high-risk Operation Dragoon target was stopped driving whilst disqualified and duly reported and their vehicle seized in Falmouth. Another day in court for them to answer to magistrates in due course. No excuse"
