The famous Michelin Guide for restaurants and hotels will launch its 2023 edition for Great Britain and Ireland on the 27th of March, but before then they have released The Michelin Inspectors' Favourite New Restaurants for February.

The list of new restaurants spread from Belfast, to Aberdeen, to London, and all the way down to Cornwall. You can find the complete list here: February 2023: The Michelin Inspectors' Favourite New Restaurants.

The Culture Restaurant in Falmouth has only been open for 7 months but has received great reviews and plaudits for its unique dining experience (which you can read about in our Nub News review) and has now also been listed on the Michelin Guide in their latest recommendations.

The restaurant is run by husband and wife team Hylton and Petronella Espey.
