Your Voice, a Cornwall based mental health charity, will be bringing its popular women support group event to Falmouth tonight.

Organised by charity creator, Natasha Anne, the support group is a space for women to socialise and discuss anything they want to in a comfortable setting.

The support groups have already seen large success in Helston and Your Voice has plans to make them available in a variety of locations across Cornwall.

Natasha Anne, creator of Your Voice, told Nub News:

"We've been wanting to hold one in Falmouth for a while. We've had a lot of requests from women in that area asking if we were likely to hold one there. We were waiting on finding the right location & facilitator.

"The lovely Louise, from De Wynns, contacted me and kindly offered the use of their space downstairs to hold the group, & an incredible lady offered to facilitate the group. She has experience with the Helston group & is the perfect person to host.

"It's amazing to be able to offer our services to the Falmouth area & reach more women who are affected by Mental Health. We currently just have the Helston group and the feedback is always amazing; with the ladies even requesting a secondary group so we meet every week.

"This isn't possible logistically but - we're going to be having social meet up's including dog walks, a day at the Golf Range etc.

"We're still looking at other areas to hold groups including Hayle, Truro & Penzance. Once we've found the right venues and facilitators we'll be going full steam ahead with those and hope to have them running by mid-Spring."

The event is going to take place at De Wynns at 7pm.
