Trelowarren Arms pub, Budock Water, yesterday held a scarecrow competition to celebrate the heroes working tirelessly during the virus.

Anna Cavanagh, the owner of Trelowarren Arms, told Nub News:

"We loved them all, as well as chatting with everyone that was around and about the village during the day.

"We're very proud of our village and love how everyone gets involved."

The winning scarecrow was depicting a postal worker with his box and van.

The pub is now thinking the event will become annual due to the great response they had from the community.
