Application for new Cornish street food van in Falmouth

The application for a trading licence to sell Cornish Street Food is set to go before Falmouth Town Council's Licensing Committee.

Miss Nicola Jones has submitted an application to trade as Lushies Cornwall on Cliff Road from 1st January to 31st December from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

If agreed, the food will be sold from a van with a professional kitchen attached.

On an example menu provide, Lushies could be selling locally caught fish and seafood including Falmouth mussels and St Mawes smoked salmon, all the salads and vegetables are also locally grown.

There will also be sweets and drinks available.
