On Saturday 3rd February 2018, much loved Falmouth bar, live music venue and nightclub MONO closed its doors.

At the time the owners stated high business rates and the cost of self-policing the venue as some of the reasons for closing.

Two years on, what does the future hold for the building?

Listed on Kimberley's Estate Agents in 2019 at a price of £650,000, that has now dropped to £550,000.

The property description reads:

"A superb opportunity to purchase the Freehold of this large historic Falmouth town centre property. The property has been utilised in many ways in the past, most recently being a bar/restaurant."

It adds:

"The current owner has sought and gained planning permission to convert the ground floor into two separate retails units and five apartments on the above two floors."
