Balti Curries, Falmouth, has announced they will be offering a free curry to members of the health and emergency service, in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

A statement on their Facebook page read:

"Any members of the health service or emergency services like police, paramedics and fire brigade - if you don't have time to cook, I am happy to provide rice and curry or curry and naan bread.

"Maximum three people each time who wish to have a takeaway from our restaurant.

"If you would like delivery you will have to pay for a taxi. This is a thank you for all your hard work during these difficult times."

The coronavirus has led to a number of Falmouth takeaways offering free meals including The Gem Fish and Chip Shop and Kebab on the Corner.
