The Dracaena Centre is offering Life Coach sessions provided by Brian Tregunna Life Coaching

The empowerment programme will teach you how to manage your unconscious mind, control anxiety and develop a positive mindset.

'The Best Me' workshops are held over 3 sessions on the 21st and 28th of February and the 7th of March from 10 am - 12 pm.

In order to take part in these amazing sessions you must be unemployed and sign up for the Refresh project funded through Community Led Cornwall.
