Falmouth Town had been in good form recently but an away trip to Dorset ended in defeat as Sherborne beat Falmouth 2-1 in the Western League.

Falmouth were 2-0 down at half-time and it looked like it would stay that way but 5 minutes before the end Louis Jagger Can scored his first goal for the club, sadly for Falmouth it wouldn't be enough, and Sherborne held on for all three points.

In another quirk of the Western League fixture list, Sherborne will visit Bickland Park for the reverse fixture this Saturday.

With only three games left, Falmouth will be looking to get revenge on a side that sits 9 places below them in the table.
