Falmouth Community Football Club coaches young people from the ages of 5 years to 16 years and provides a friendly and supportive environment, yesterday they hosted their fourth Coaches vs Parents match at Falmouth School's 3G pitch.

The coaches held on to a win after an exciting match in the sunshine, organisers said the atmosphere and support from the community were incredible.

Everyone was in good spirits with cakes provided by the club's Youth Committee and sold by the girl's Jays U11 team.

The parent's team was managed by Arno Canale and John Foster, and the coaches' team was managed by Head Coach Ashley Blakely-May. The referee was Andrew Jenkin and the linesmen were Mark Averiss and Rio Pledger.

The club is now planning on organising a similar event with a Mums team to play in a charity event.

The kit was kindly provided by Falmouth Town (parents) and Mawnam Smith (coaches)

MOTM was voted as Eli Snell who played a long side his dad Martin Snell who both coach the Jays team.
