The Red Arrows will be returning to Falmouth after last year's cancellation.

Excitement is building for Falmouth Week 2022 with an array of acts already confirmed - including the Red Arrows.

Falmouth Week is scheduled for the 5th to 14th August. Confirmed so far are Carnival Night, Bad Manners, Reef, and a Comic and Movie Fest.

Amongst a packed schedule including shows in Scotland, Silverstone, and the Isle of Wight, the Red Arrows will be flying over Falmouth on Wednesday 10th August.

Bad weather resulted in the cancellation last year - the team was unable to fly due to low cloud and drizzling rain.

The event on the Falmouth Week website reads:

"The Red Arrows display is a spectacle to behold and offers the perfect event for all to come along and enjoy. The fantastic air show takes place on the seafront every year, so you can head down to the beach and enjoy the perfect location to view their display. Vantage points to witness the performance include Pendennis Point, Cliff Road, Castle Beach, Gyllyngvase Beach, and Swanpool Beach."
