Events coming up in Falmouth

Thursday 30th June: Market on The Moor

A small market consisting of antiques, vintage, retro items, and clothing. Traders are ready to sell by around 9:15/9:30am and are there until 4:30pm.

There are stalls available to rent on a Thursday so if you are interested in helping this market grow please email Ruth at [email protected] The stalls are erected and taken down by the council and cost just £25 per week.

If you want to bag yourself that unique item, get yourself down to The Moor.

Thursday 30th June: Valhalla of Decadence

Money in the Bank are a lot of things. Rabble rousers, best friends, two blackbirds on a highway sign, but those are mostly joke answers.

We are an alternative-comedy double act from the North of England, made up of Thom Bee and Andrew Marsh, attempting to walk the fine line between DIY punk ethics and comedy performance.

In essence, we wish we were a band but lack any musical talent so just do the banter.

Thursday 30th June: The Falmouth Cringe

Whether you're a local, or you've travelled here by land, ship, air or roller-skates, Falmouth is the place to be this summer. With 4 days of comedy, in the sun, by the sea, The Falmouth Cringe is the first festival of its kind in the South West. We're delighted to welcome you to enjoy it with us!

Our festival weekend will see 6 of the best bars and venues our town has to offer throw open their doors to host over 30 comedians from across the UK. Wasson? Truly something for everyone, from kids' comedy, to stand up shows, to storytelling gigs to comedy bands.

Saturday 2nd July: Loveland volunteer session

Come and join in on a volunteer session from 10-1pm where sitting and enjoying the sunny view is just as encouraged as picking up a spade, hoe or seed to plant!

Let's get our hands dirty – grow an orchard, a forest garden, flowers, heritage grains, vegetables and herbs and leave room around us for wildlife to return.

We also have a new volunteer session focused on the new veg growing plot. This is happening on Thursday's 10-1pm. Contact us to find out more!
