The owners of Penryn's Bango Kitchen have announced some exciting changes to the business following the latest lifting of lockdown restrictions.
The changes come following the latest government announcement, and the single biggest step out of lockdown for hospitality businesses.
Lockdown rules are easing in Falmouth, Penryn and across the country with pubs and restaurants able to serve customers indoors, and social distancing guidelines relaxed.
The brains behind Bango Kitchen on Commercial Road, Nick Archer and Howard Sellers, are open takeaway only (for now) but have revealed some new things happening in the business.
On Monday, Bango Kitchen reverted back to its pre covid opening hours and days for the first time.
The restaurant is now open more than they were before covid hit as they do a late night every Saturday.
The new opening hours are 11am - 3pm Monday to Friday and 11am-8pm on Saturdays.
Bango also serve up Olfactory Coffee and Da Bara Bakery pastries from the front door each day from 7am onwards.
All the food can be ordered using the Bango Kitchen App which is updated daily and can be downloaded to your phone via the app store.
You can also access an online ordering version by clicking here.
Nick and Howard told Nub News:
"To celebrate our new opening days/hours we've added some really beautiful new dishes and sides to the permanent menu. These include our Crispy Korean BBQ Chicken Bao Bun, Chinese Pork Dim Sum, and our super crispy Mushroom Spring Roll.
"It's been a tricky year, to say the least, but with the fantastic support of our customers we have stayed busy and afloat and we are optimistic about the year ahead."
