Two Falmouth building schemes shortlisted in prestigious property awards

Two significant building schemes in Falmouth have been shortlisted by a panel of expert judges in the 2020 Michelmores' Property Awards.
The Awards, now in their 18th year, recognise the very best South West property and construction schemes, as well as the teams involved in them.
The View at Swanpool, Falmouth has been shortlisted in the Residential Project of the Year (35 units and under) category. The development of 30 three and four-bedroom houses as well as two-bedroom apartments with breathtaking views of the ocean benefit from natural stone, glazed balconies and feature panels.
Launchpad, part of the University of Falmouth combines teaching, learning and office space as well as a reception and exhibition accommodation.
It is located in Penryn and shortlisted in the Education Project of the Year category.
