The Four-Teas Tearoom & The Four-Seas Seafood Restaurant reopens with new Christmas menu

The Four-Teas Tearoom, their Restaurant and Event Space are "back on board" reopening last week after lockdown.

The Four-Seas Seafood Restaurant & Grill is open once again with a new Christmas Fayre festive menu, four courses for £39.50.

"Come and eat great Cornish seafood in a cosy relaxed atmosphere, away from the crowds. You can be assured of a warm welcome and delicious festive fayre," Angie Bayliss-Harrison Mundy of the cafe and restaurant said.

What's on the Christmas Fayre menu?

Starters

Falmouth Lobster and King Prawn Cocktail

The Four-Seas Cured Salmon in Cornish Slow Gin, Pickled Fennel and Asian Slaw.

Cornish Crab Bake with Rustic Bread.

Baked Camembert Cheese with Homemade Cranberry and Port Relish.

Moroccan Style Cauliflower Roulade with Chickpea Chutney, Pesto, Chilli Oil and Roasted Peppers.

Main Course

Cornish Roast Turkey with Homemade Cranberry and Port Relish.

Pan-Seared Wild Cornish Seabass with Tomato, Capers and Cornish Scallops.

Seared Salmon Fillet with Creamy Sundried Tomato, Artichoke and Caper Sauce.

Cumin Butternut Squash and Lentil Wellington.

All served with vegetables and roast potatoes.

Dessert

Christmas Pudding with Clotted Cream.

Biscoff Vanilla Cheesecake.

Chocolate Delice.

Cheese Board, Fruit and Biscuits.

Homemade Creme Brulee.

They are open Tuesday to Sunday, Tearoom open 10-4pm and Bygone Days Trading Company Antique & Collectables 10-4pm, takeaway at varied times.

Four-Seas Seafood Restaurant & Grill is open from 5pm-11pm while in Tier 1.
