Today signalled the reopening of Stargazy Cucina and Pantry, Penryn.
Owner Ruth Cicale decided to close the eatery back in January, in order to keep customers safe, "if people weren't allowed out (during lockdown) we wouldn't open," she explained.
Ruth reopened Stargazy this week for takeaway lunches, cakes, coffees and Easter treats.
They will now be open every Wednesday to Saturday 10am until 2pm.
Nub News popped down on reopening day this afternoon, Ruth said:
"People are really chirpy and happy to see you even though it is not great weather.
"In my time off I have had time to work on things, recipes for different sorts of cakes that people can't get anywhere else.
"I have been cooking and thinking about the business, I think you have got to be constantly moving and working to adapt all the time in this difficult situation.
"People are happy to see you more than normal because you haven't been open for so long. It is just nice to see those familiar faces again."
