Service in Penryn to mark 40th anniversary of Falklands War

Penryn Town Council is inviting veterans and their families to a Falklands War service next week.

The service at Penryn Town Hall on Tuesday 14th June will mark the 40th anniversary and remember those impacted by the conflict.

It will get underway at 7:30pm.

A spokesperson for Penryn Town Council said: "We would like to invite any veterans and their families, to include any relatives of any deceased servicemen, who lost their lives in the Falklands conflict.

"Could you please contact the council if you can attend, to allow for catering Telephone 01326 373086 Email: [email protected]."
