A search has been launched this evening to find a missing elderly man from Falmouth.

Chris Brookes, a man in his eighties, went for a walk at around 6:30pm this evening from Marlborough Avenue and hasn't returned.

Emergency services, including a police helicopter are reported to be out in the search.

He is wearing a blue beanie, a blue puffer jacket, green fleece and blue trousers with brown shoes.

Described as 5ft 6, slim build. No updates as of 10:30pm.
