Revised plans have been presented for a residential development on North Parade, Falmouth, after the previous application was withdrawn.

A pre-application has been prepared for Mr Roberts, the owner of the existing property at 28 North Parade.

The pre-application was submitted for amendments to the planning application for residential development which was withdrawn in January.

It is proposed that the site is reduced from 7 units to 5 units (4 semi-detached dwellings and 1 detached dwelling). The footprint, height and massing is reduced. The parking has been amended to allow for on-site turning.
