The team working at Trescobeas Surgery, Falmouth, has urged for patience after a positive covid test was reported.

Revealed late on Friday, a large proportion of the reception team are having to self-isolate after the positive test came back.

The reception team are now being set up with laptops and phones and answering calls remotely.

In a statement on social media, the surgery team wrote:

"We would ask for your patience and understanding at this time - it may take longer than normal to connect to us, for which we sincerely apologise."

If you have a booked appointment with a member of the clinical team, you are asked to attend the surgery as planned, unless you hear otherwise.
