Popular Falmouth eatery set to reopen next week

A popular Falmouth eatery has announced that it will be reopening its doors next week.

Kessells Kitchen has made the decision to reopen to the public after closing its establishment in March.

The kitchen will be reopened for delivery and takeaway on Wednesday 13th May.

Residents can now order delivery directly from the kitchen, following the launch of their new delivery service which will run 5pm-9pm.

Customers are will still be able to order on Deliveroo from 11:30am onwards.

Sarah Duckett and Ben Harrison from Kessells Kitchen told Nub News:

"We're really excited to be reopening and getting back to cooking some delicious food for all of our wonderful customers.

"We're looking at introducing some really exciting new Items to our evening menu, these will include our Kessells munch boxes along with some old favourites, we will be adding our new menu to our Facebook page prior to reopening.

"We want to thank all of our loyal customers for there continued support."

Food picked up for collection will be given a time slot to make sure social distancing is being met at all times.

Kessells Kitchen closed their doors on 19th March, writing on social media:

"It's been a really hard decision but we've decided to close our shop whilst we put some things in place."

A new evening menu is due to be announced soon and you'll be able to find this on Kessells Kitchen's social media.

Kessells Kitchen is extremely loved within the community, providing; homemade cakes, soups, jacket potatoes, roast pork, quiche, paninis, sandwiches, baguettes, baps, wraps, toasties, salad boxes and more.

Residents have been responding to the news, one said:

"Have so missed your salad boxes!"
