Plans have been lodged to extend the capacity of Lemon Twists seating area.

The Tapas bar and restaurant, based in Falmouth's Discovery Quay, is hoping to extend the number of covers.

The current layout of the site only allows for 30 covers at the moment, if granted, 42 covers would be added towards the area of the front doors and 20 covers where the original storeroom is.

The application reads:

"The amendment is to extend the outside space and also to include the original storeroom. Amendments are shown in green on the attached plan. This will allow for the same amount of tables inside."

In exciting news, Lemon Twist also announced a reopening of their outdoor seating area on April 12th, from 10am-11:30pm and happy hour from (5pm-6pm) every day.

"As always we want to thank our customers for their valued support during these tough times," Lemon Twist added.
