Falmouth Health Centre Practice has urged patients of the surgery 75+ to get in touch as the next round of vaccinations is set to take place this weekend.

The next vaccination clinics on Saturday will be those 75+, in an update the surgery said, "please ring us if you haven't already made an appointment at Stithians."

A spokesperson for The Falmouth Health Centre Practice said:

"The choice is either the mass vaccination centre (currently Stithians Showground) or 'ring your GP'. Unfortunately, NHS central doesn't know whether or not we have clinics we can currently book.

"We will be running vaccine clinics this weekend; if you receive a letter, but want to come to us to have your vaccination, ring us."

Penryn Surgery praised the work of the army of volunteers over the weekend's vaccinations, including Dr and Mrs Ellis, Drs Beckett and Sage, Dr Brown, Dr and Mrs Harvey.

"We're approaching 1500 patients having received their 1st vaccine," Penryn Surgery added.

If you have got a letter but would rather visit Falmouth Health Centre Practice call 01326 210090.
