Overnight roadworks are set to get underway later this week, affecting traffic around Treluswell Roundabout, and Penryn.
The work is part of planned highways maintenence, with closures being introduced on the Arch Hill to Treluswell section of the A39.
This will be from Sunday 27th June to Monday 12th July. With Penryn expected to be affected between the 5th and 9th of July.
Work will be taking place between the hours of 8:30pm and 6am to minimise disruption.
This will also involve the planned delivery of resurfacing work to restore, extend and enhance the life of the existing highway.
There will also be a large amount of routine maintenance work within the closures to deliver all planned activities in one go, including verge maintenance, gully emptying and line marking.
A Cornwall Council spokesperson added:
"We will have marshals on-site to support residents and businesses needing local access during this time.
"All through traffic will need to follow the diversions in place at all times."
