Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after collision in Falmouth
A helicopter could be seen landing at Falmouth Town Football Club.
A motorbike rider suffered "possible life-changing injuries" following an accident in Falmouth.
As reported this morning, emergency services were pictured near Falmouth Town Football Club closing off Bickland Water Road.
In an update, Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed the incident involved a van and a motorbike.
A police spokesperson told Nub News: "Police were notified at around 9:50am to Bickland Hill in Falmouth following reports of a collision involving a van and a motorbike.
"The motorbike rider was taken to Derriford Hospital via the Air Ambulance with possible life-changing injuries."
The road is still believed to be closed.
