Man trapped in vehicle following accident near Penryn

A man has been trapped in a vehicle after a two vehicle accident near Penryn.

Just after 8am this morning (30th) police, fire and ambulance were called out to the B3292 near Treluswell Roundabout after a collision.

In an update, a police spokesperson told Nub News the incident is ongoing but one man is trapped within a vehicle and is being extracted by fire crews. Injuries are currently unknown.

A lamppost was also damaged in the incident but has been made safe.

A traffic update reads:

"Road cleared, accident cleared on B3292 both ways from Browns Hill to A39 (Treluswell Roundabout)."
