Lowest tide of the year brings creatures to surface

Today I went to investigate what two individuals were doing on the rock pools off Gylly Beach, Falmouth.

I happened to find out from the lovely people, Jane Leigh and Terry Greer what they were doing. They were searching for creatures using nets and wellies because of today and tomorrow the tide will be at its lowest and highest all year round, a perfect opportunity to look for them.

Pillow crabs, Pipefish, related to seahorses, and blennies are just three of the spectacular creatures you can find out on the rockpools.
