National Armed Forces Day (Saturday 24 June) was filled with activities and entertainment spread across the whole town.

The annual event gives people a chance to pay their respect to all those who have served and celebrate all members of the armed forces community.

In part two we look through some of the best photos from the air displays and fireworks.

You can videos of some of their air displays or the Falmouth Nub News Facebook and Twitter pages but for some snaps of the display and the fireworks keep on scrolling.

After the air display, the Pendennis castle buildings were lit up red, white, and blue during a concert taking place in the grounds. This was attended by armed forces personnel, veterans, and members of the public. Fireworks lit up the skies at the end of the evening.
