IN PICTURES: Kernick Industrial Estate student development

Aerial pictures have been shared by local photographer Christopher Thom of the new student accommodation on Kernick Industrial Estate.
In May 2020 it was announced that construction was set to begin on the 528 bed student housing block in Penryn.
From the pictures, the student housing block looks to be in the final stages as the university plans to have it ready for the next academic year.
