While the focus of the local elections last week was on Cornwall Council there were also city, town, and parish council elections across Cornwall.

Many of the elections were uncontested – meaning there were only enough candidates to fill the seats – but there were some which required a vote to select who should be elected.

Those votes were counted on Saturday when the results were also announced. Here is a full rundown of the results for city, town, and parish councils following Thursday's vote.
