Four ways in which Falmouth Nub News works with and for the community

Nub News puts the local community at the heart of everything we do.

We'll always aim to highlight the great work so many do in Falmouth, on so many levels for so many reasons.

We want to promote local causes and charities. In fact, we want to be your local resource for everything going on around Falmouth.

Here are four ways that Nub News works to help the community thrive.

1. We promote local businesses

This is one of our key aims at Nub News.

We have a register of businesses on our local list and it is absolutely FREE to sign up to - which you can do HERE.

Apart from this, our 'Up Close' series promotes local businesses through in-depth articles.

If you would like us to write an 'Up Close' feature about your business, please email [email protected]

2. We promote your local events

We don't shout about our What's On section enough, but that's about to change.

Whether it is a virtual class or a socially distanced event, we can help you promote it, free of charge.

It really is that simple so click HERE. to add your event to the list.

3. We report on issues that matter to you

We put Falmouth at the heart of everything we do.

Every story we cover means something to the people of Falmouth - so if the story is outside the town, and doesn't affect the town - we don't run it.

4. We let your voice be heard

You can write for Falmouth Nub News.

Just go on our home page, click the black 'Nub It' button and submit your story.

Whether it is about your business, charity, sports team or just a cause you feel strongly about, feel free to Nub It and get the whole town involved.

Plus, Nub It is a great tool to use if you are an aspiring journalist looking to get published.

Remember to follow Nub News on social media!
