As Nub News reported earlier this month Hannah Searle and her family put together an amazing Christmas display at their house in Falmouth to spread Christmas cheer and raise money for the Polkerris ward at the Royal Cornwall Hospital which specialises in helping newborn babies and children up to the age of 11.
Hannah and the family chose to raise money for the Pokerris Ward as their son has spent lots of time there and is due to spend more time recovering from upcoming procedures in the future.
(You can read more about when I first spoke to Hannah here: Christmas with the Searles.)
As we reach the big day itself I got back in touch with the Searles to see how they have been getting on with their amazing display, Hannah said: "We are absolutely blown away by the support and love we're receiving for our lights! The donations have been flooding in! We've exceeded £700 which is absolutely incredible.
"We cannot thank everyone enough for supporting our chosen charity! We are loving the constant flow of visitors, every night without fail we see a family enjoying the sleigh and taking pictures of our display and it makes us smile each time! The lights continue to sparkle every night between 5 and 9 pm!"
