Street View Falmouth is set to return with a second exhibition next month after the popularity of the February event.

A student-led project, Falmouth Streetview sees artwork displayed in windows around the town in an attempt to bring people together in spirit and encourage people to get creative.

The event in February saw art popping up across Falmouth in windows of local shops and houses.

The exhibition returns for a second time starting 12th April and finishing on the 18th.

Lily-Peach, Rebecca Kent and Chloe Rylander of the Street View team, told Nub News:

"The aim of our Street View exhibition is to spread joy and bring the community together over lockdown, in times when people have felt so isolated we believe that it's important to give people something positive to work towards, as well as encouraging everyone to go outside for their daily exercise.

"This exhibition has been organised to coincide with the reopening of the highstreet, drawing people back into our town after such a long time being stuck indoors.

"We would love as many people to get involved as possible, our aim is to have over 100 artists, so get in contact if you'd like to exhibit your work, everyone is welcome, or, if you're not arty but would still like to be involved, we need all the windows we can get."

The Street View Team believe this is the "perfect way" to inspire people and get people to look forward to something.
