Restaurant MINE, Falmouth, has been feeding healthcare workers and the vulnerable through their new social not-for-profit project.
Angus and Katy, owners of MINE, have been cooking two meals a day which can be pre-ordered for yourself, a relative or paid on for a healthcare worker or vulnerable person.
The two of them deliver the meals themselves, leaving the restaurant at 4pm - visiting at least one hospital a day.
Working closely with government bodies and local organisations, they are able to find people the most in need of a nutritious meal.
Through this project, they've not only fed health workers - but also those who depend on food banks.
Due to food banks being closed on Easter Monday, the restaurant was able to feed families who were struggling to eat on the bank holiday.
There has been huge support in resident donations and they were able to go from delivering 20 meals a day to an increased 30 on Sunday.
The restaurant has since started a crowdfunding campaign to get funds to supply meals to as many people in need as possible.
They have just released their new menu for the upcoming weekend.
You can pre-order your meal (or pay one forward to someone in need) by 3pm on the day by calling 01326 211073.
The restaurant will deliver your food between 4pm and 6pm.
Anyone who wants to help or knows anyone that is in need of food can email the restaurant at [email protected].
