An applicant is seeking to scale down plans for flats on Kimberley Park Road, Falmouth.

Charles Perks has submitted a pre-application enquiry, the scheme would be reduced from four flats to three and put a gable end on the roof rather than a hip to gable.

The current applicant says Tregantle has been vacant for several years after a previous developer "ran out of money."

The application continues: "Property has been vacant for several years and is classed as an empty home. It is in need of serious refurbishment and redevelopment. It is also changing from a single dwelling to multiple (3) flats."

The status of the application is "awaiting decision".
