Falmouth: Local chip shop announces temporary closure due to covid

A Fish and Chip shop based in Boslowick has announced a temporary closure after a covid scare.

Bos's Chippy, based on Boslowick Road, was contacted by track and trace and will now be closed until Thursday 22nd July.

The second eatery to shut within a day after the news The Royal Standard, Flushing would be temporarily closing.

The latest figures for the area stand at:

30 cases for Falmouth East

32 cases for Falmouth West and South

26 cases for Falmouth North

17 cases for Ponsanooth, Mabe Burnthouse & Constantine

15 cases for Penryn

A spokesperson for Bos's Chippy Falmouth added:

"Due to being contacted by track and trace, we will be closed until Thursday 22nd July."
